# How to disconnect your TrueTurn account from RaiseNow

## This article explains how TrueTurn organisation administrators can disconnect their RaiseNow account from TrueTurn. Once disconnected, donation collection through TrueTurn will no longer be possible.

### What Is RaiseNow Connect?

RaiseNow Connect is the integration that links your TrueTurn organisation account with [RaiseNow](https://www.raisenow.com). It allows you to collect donations directly through your TrueTurn profile using RaiseNow’s donation infrastructure.

### What happens if I disconnect?

Before requesting a disconnection, please be aware of the following consequences:

- **You will no longer be able to collect donations** via TrueTurn
- **Your public TrueTurn profile will be deactivated** and will no longer be visible to donors or the public.

These changes take effect immediately once the disconnection is completed.

### How can I disconnect my account?

To disconnect your RaiseNow account from TrueTurn, please contact our support team: [support@trueturn.com](mailto:support@trueturn.com)

Include your organisation name in the request. Our team will process the disconnection and confirm once it is complete.

### Can I reconnect Later?

Yes. After your account is disconnected, you can connect a new RaiseNow account at any time in order to resume using TrueTurn and collect donations again. If you need guidance on how to reconnect, feel free to contact our support team.
