The Seven Regions

  • Genferseeregion (Lake Geneva Region) — Genève, Vaud, Valais
  • Espace Mittelland (Swiss Plateau) — Bern, Fribourg, Solothurn, Neuchâtel, Jura
  • Nordwestschweiz(Northwestern Switzerland) — Basel-Stadt, Basel-Landschaft, Aargau
  • Zürich — Kanton Zürich
  • Ostschweiz (Eastern Switzerland) — St. Gallen, Thurgau, Graubünden, Glarus, Schaffhausen, Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Appenzell Innerrhoden
  • Zentralschweiz (Central Switzerland) — Luzern, Zug, Uri, Schwyz, Obwalden, Nidwalden
  • Tessin (Ticino) — Ticino
